Fixed Outreaches

XMAS CLOSURE – Please note all of the below Outreaches and the Community Advice Vehicle will be closed w/k commencing Monday 16th December 2024, and will be up and running 13th January 2025.

HOWEVER, MAIN DROP-IN OPENING HOURS: You can still access our drop-ins at the main offices:

  • Bournemouth Civic Centre – closes Monday, 23rd December 2pm, reopens Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
  • Christchurch Library – closes Tuesday, 24th December 2pm, reopens Thursday, 2nd January 2025.
  • Poole Library – closes Tuesday, 24th December 2pm, reopens Thursday, 2nd January 2025.

We appreciate that not everyone can come into our main offices to seek the quality advice and support they may need. Therefore, to ensure that we are as local as possible we do operate within some local venues within the communities of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

Please see below for a list of our current Outreaches, and where you can seek support:

  • Boscombe Engagement Hub (Boscombe Royal Arcade- opposite KFC): Every Tuesday (10am – 2pm)
  • Bourne Hub (BH12 4DY): Every alternative Wednesday (1pm – 4pm)
  • Somerford Arc (BH23 3EH): Every Thursday (10am – 1pm)
  • Townsend Children’s Centre (BH8 0LT): Every alternative Wednesday (9:30am – 1pm)
  • Waterlily Café (BH23 2AW): Every Monday (10am – 1:30pm) – Closed on 23rd December, and reopens on 6th January 2025.

Community Advice Vehicle

Since 1st September 2021, we have been offering mobile and community-based Outreach services through our CAVe. Our mobile outreach offers access to our service and initial advice across multiple local locations in communities. Please see below our schedule for this month’s schedule.

Please note: The CAVe will not be operating on Bank Holidays.
We hope our mobile outreach will help make reaching our services a little bit easier for the communities within which we serve.
