The Macmillan Caring Locally project provides financial advice and assistance to clients referred by palliative care nurses at Macmillan Unit at Christchurch Hospital. This includes welfare benefit claims, assistance with accessing funding, and support and disability parking badge applications.
Referrals can only be made by palliative care nurses from the Macmillan Unit Christchurch.
