Macmillan Cancer Support

Funded by the Macmillan cancer support charity, this service offers free and impartial benefits advice and assistance to newly diagnosed cancer patients, patients who are recovering from or receiving cancer treatment, end of life cancer patients and patients’ families/carers, to help deal with the financial impact of their diagnosis. Assistance is also provided with completing application forms, benefit appeals and accessing charitable grants and one-off payments including Macmillan grants. Appointments are offered via telephone or by home visit.
