Over recent years, Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (CABCP) has built a highly trusted immigration service. From September 2026, our immigration services will operate as South West Immigration Services Hub, a specialist CABCP project.

South West Immigration Services Hub was created to protect and expand the provision of sustainable, specialist immigration support within our region. South West Immigration Services Hub delivers accessible, person-centred Level 2 immigration advice and specialist casework.

Through South West Immigration Services Hub, every CABCP client who requires immigration support receives free initial immigration advice, with holistic support where needed. Clients needing complex casework, applications, or representation can access affordable fixed-fee support from IAA-accredited advisers, with fees reinvested into sustaining free services.

South West Immigration Services Hub will reinvest 100% of surplus income into protecting and strengthening free immigration advice, delivering social impact for communities rather than commercial profit.
