Zoe Bradley | Chief Executive Officer

Zoe joined Citizens Advice BCP in October 2016, her role is to lead the corporate management of the organisation in partnership with the Board of Trustees ensuring it meets the need of local communities, whilst also promoting and representing Citizens Advice BCP within the local and regional charitable, business, local and national government communities, people and organisations. Zoe is responsible and accountable for the operational and strategic management delivery and development of the service, compliance with statutory and membership requirements and maintaining, developing, and expanding Research and Campaigns.

Tom Lund | Head of Operations & Service Delivery

Tom joined Citizens Advice BCP in November 2019 with a passion for social justice and equity for all. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all contracts, the operational management of delivery staff and ensuring compliance with funder requirements, such as the achievement of targets and key performance measures. He is also collaboratively responsible for the organisations business development, engaging with potential funders and new funding contracts.

Dan Stannard | Head of Training Development & HR

Dan has been with Citizens Advice BCP since September 2017, he oversees recruitment, training, and development, and supporting initiatives for all team members. His role involves ensuring the steadfast adherence to our commitment to quality, managing human resources processes and overseeing the implementation of all related policies. He is also responsible for maintaining information technology and support within the organisation.
